Commercial Laundry and Linen Rental
Our linen rental service is built on a value chain model being used extensively by hotels, hospitals and restaurants in the U.S. and Europe, whereby bed sheets, towels, and uniforms are rented instead of procured and laundry operations are deferred to the service provider. We in turn, support our customers by delivering clean linen to and collecting soiled linen from their business places on a daily basis. This allows your staff to spend more time focusing on your core business and creates cash flow efficiencies, freeing up large amounts of money that would otherwise be tied up in stock, supplies or laundry equipment. C.I.L.'s sole laundry facility operates from its location in the Diamond Vale Industrial Estate. The company launders and distributes linen rentals from this facility. We have a state of the art laundry equipped with computerized chemical mixing, water softening, heating, and purifying systems. Completing the process, gas heated dryers and ironers automatically fold sheets and table cloths.
Commercial Floor Mats
C.I.L. Linen Service sells, rents and leases traditional, logo, anti-fatigue, and industrial mats in standard and custom sizes, many of which are OSHA compliant and certified by the National Floor Safety Institute of America. Our logo mats are used to promote brand values or instructional messages in businesses across Trinidad as part of their branding efforts. CIL Linen Service's Mat Rental Programme is an affordable, full service alternative to the outright purchase of mats and provides its customers with a lifetime guarantee on the integrity of any product within the program. Mat Rental customers benefit from either weekly or monthly visits to their building, where we will collect the soiled mat(s) and replace it with a clean mat. Soiled mats are taken back to our commercial laundry for laundering and sterilization, to be returned at the next scheduled visit when the cycle begins again. This option eliminates the need to purchase mats up front, provides zero downtime in coverage for slip-prone areas, ensures that mats are hygienically cleaned, and allows your staff to focus on more value adding activities. A minimum two year contract is required for this service.
